What’s First

The final package from Eberlestock arrived yesterday. This is the third new bag I purchased for a small series of reviews and first impressions that I want to post over the next few weeks. It’ll be about 7 products, each with a post about either real world use(EDC, hunting, range bag/transport…), or first impressions on unboxing based on build quality, features, intended use-case, etc. with a dedicated follow up post after some real field use.
Upcoming: 1/7
First up will be the bag that arrived yesterday; Eberlestock’s Switchblade, likely followed up by the new Mainframe II and then the Spectre, which I’m especially excited about. This Switchblade pack is a refresh of a bag I’ve had and used for a while now that I’ve slowly turned it into a bit of a small day-hunt & range pack, rather than a general EDC bag. I needed a new bag for EDC, so ordered the Cobalt Blue colorway to compliment the Black that I currently have.
The overall goal here is to go over the out of box build quality, general features, and then compare that to the real world use of the first one to see how it’s held up over the last year.

Expect the unboxing and review post later today!
